Cadillac Celestiq Bespoke Client Experience
With Cadillac Cellestiq the brand is offering an extreme level of customization and every single Celestiq will be different from the others. There shall be no base variant available on this super luxury sedan. Talking about customization any color is possible because each car will be hand-built. Since 115 parts are 3D printed, intricate personalized details are bound by little more than your imagination.
The customization on this new electric car may cost 100K USD over the basic price of the car of 300K USD.
Cadillac Celestiq Platform
The new electric car derives power from GM’s revolutionary Ultium Platform. The Ultium Platform also serves as a structural element of the vehicle, contributing to its overall strength and feeling of solidity, in addition to its performance.
The car is supposed to get 600 Bhp of power from the two motors and shall be an all-wheel drive car. Celestiq will have a range of 300 Mi on a full charge from the on-board 111 KWh battery pack
The car shall be able to cover the distance of 78 Miles on a charge of just 10 Minutes at any 200 KWh DC fast charger. The car is capable of 0-60 Mph in just under 3.8 sec.
Celestiq Isolated Precision Features
The new electric car rides on adaptive air suspension rather than the conventional coil spring suspension. This greatly enhances the ride quality and handling. The luxury factor of the electric car is fortified with this new adaptive air suspension.
The Celestiq also boasts active rear steering where the rear wheels move 3.5 degrees opposite to the front wheels and in tandem with the front wheels while at high speeds.
Celestiq will also be loaded with Active ride control 4.0. A signature Cadillac engineering innovation, the system is the world’s fastest-reacting suspension technology, which allows for greater responsiveness and enhanced isolation from road imperfections. This feature was originally developed for CT5-V Blackwing.
Advanced AWD is the feature where the system optimally manages the power transmission to all the wheels in accordance with the demand for power. This module enhances the ride quality and efficiency by turning on and off the front and rear motors according to the power requirement.
Active Roll Control: The Cadillac-first Active Roll Control feature is a significant contributor to the vehicle’s nimble handling. It employs stabilizer bars embedded at the front and rear of the chassis to mitigate the rolling force exerted on the vehicle during turns and other maneuvers, enhancing the feeling of stability, control, and occupant comfort.
Apart from other technological features, the car hosts many more like an Active Rear Spoiler, Ride-focused tires, a variable ratio front electric power steering system, and 5-link front and rear suspension. All these features enhance the ride quality, stability, and safety of the car.
Exterior And Interiors Of Super Sedan
The Interiors are loaded with luxury that this new electric car owners deserve. There is an over load of screens and digitizatization in the car. There are in all total five screens in this luxuary. The 55 Inch main display of the vehicle, two individual screens 12.6 Inch for rear pessanger, front console mounted 11 Inch screen, and rear console mounted 8 Inch screen.
Apart from all this gadgetry, the car is loaded with Advanced Climate System, Ultra Cruise, Connected cameras, a Fixed smart glass roof, and Digital Blinds Active Privacy technology provides a virtual privacy shield dimming the passenger screen from the driver’s view when in use. All the metal work and leather work is handcrafted with the option of customization.
The exterior of the car is a head-turner for sure. It has the Cadillac signature grille at the front. The spoiler is also active and is raised at higher speeds to achieve aerodynamic efficiency. The color of the car is user-defined and as this supper luxury is fully customizable any color from the entire visible range of color is possible. The car features a power door open and close. Also the customizable 23 Inch wheels with countless color options.
Availability And Pricing
CELESTIQ is expected to go into production in December 2023, with an expected MSRP10 to begin north of $300,000 and increase based on level of personalization. CELESTIQ availability by waitlist only.
